The renovation project aims to recapture the charm of an ancient estate; an old baronial house, withannexed farm buildings which were once used for the running of the property, giving the old structure a new life. The building, Palazzo Seminara, is located in a landscape of real environmental value, lying on the lower slopes the volcano, overlooking the Ionic coast on one side, and Mount Etna on the other side. The recovery of the former structure, keeping the architectural and cultural memory, aims to renew its use by mixing beauty, comfort and respect for the environment. The outside space has been totally restored by cleaning up all the terraces and reviving the existent tree species, citrus and majestic examples such as pinus pinea and magnolia, witness to the former wealth of the estate.
