In this residence, color becomes a compositional tool: the white plaster, reflecting the Mediterranean light, lightens the upper volume, suspended above a fully glazed ground floor that opens onto the garden.

In contrast to the compact grey mass, the metallic block of the meditation space – set apart by a transparent joint – extends over the reflecting pool, appearing to float. Inside, the double-height living room structures the public areas – living, dining, kitchen, and family room – complemented by service spaces and a guest suite.

A freestanding wooden staircase and an elevator lead to the first floor, where three en-suite bedrooms open onto the central void, framed by light and unexpected views, while the study overlooks the roof garden terrace.

The basement houses the garage, technical rooms, and fitness areas, connected to the outdoors by a stone staircase that becomes part of the landscape.

Completing the project, photovoltaic and solar thermal panels integrated into the roof ensure the building’s energy self-sufficiency.
