The complex which houses 19 units and is made up of two blocks clearly defined and set parallel to the road, visibly separated by the sectors containing the vertical connectors.  The style adopted is that of a system of balconies creating horizontal movement for all the apartments, guaranteeing better quality of light and making the apartments very liveable   The flexible, organic building, contains different types of apartments with 2 or 3 room apartments or duplex on the top floors, taking advantage of the roof space determined by the single pitch.  The façade is finished with interwoven bricks which enhance the impression of two dimensionality, crisscrossing at the corners and creating a sharp chiaroscuro effect.  From these darker areas, the volumes emerge as from the depths, bright white and decorated with bright ocean blue tiles.
