It is surrounded by a lush citrus garden in the wonderful landscape of the Ionian Coast. Its volume extends to one floor. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, which contains a small garden and a pool with a fountain. The cover is comprised of a roof with internal-facing pitches set on the outer edge.  These are finished off with copper plates which produce a monolithic aspect with a quadrangular shape, and is enhanced also by the white plaster on the facade. Large full-length windows reveal the courtyard and the Ionian Coast, which creates spectacular panoramic views towards the sea.
