Located within a landscaped garden featuring mature trees and significant vegetation, the property embodies the recovery of an ancient rural dwelling for use as a permanent residence, restoring its original charm while adapting it to contemporary living standards.

The intervention involved the restoration of two existing buildings: the main structure, designed as the owner’s residence, and the secondary building, partly allocated to the caretaker’s accommodation and partly to garage use.

 Particular attention was given to the functional distribution of the interior spaces and to the integration of new service areas, not foreseen in the original layout but essential for modern domestic requirements. The interiors are defined by a sober and balanced character, with spaces organized according to principles of clarity and rationality.

The overall atmosphere combines classical references with contemporary elements, achieving a refined dialogue between tradition and modernity.
