The project involved the expansion and redevelopment of an existing motel. In the renovated and enlarged building, the ground floor houses the reception, offices for administration and management, some guest rooms, and the bar, while the remaining rooms are located on the first floor. The basement accommodates the restaurant with an adjoining kitchen, staff facilities, and a conference hall. The architectural composition plays with the contrast of pure volumes, emphasized by the color choices: the white of the first volume and the gray of the second are complemented by the red of the vertical connections and the yellow of the canopies, creating a dynamic and distinctive ensemble.
