The new headquarters of a construction company, including executive offices and storage facilities, is articulated into two main volumes. The office building unfolds as an elongated parallelepiped, flanked by a cylindrical element on an elliptical base that houses the waiting area, conceived as a light, white-plastered volume suspended above water. The production complex consists of a large parallelepiped block, paired with a smaller service volume. The office structure is defined as a rectangular reinforced-concrete prism, hollowed out of its mass, supported by circular columns, and enclosed by wide glazed façades screened with a system of wooden brise-soleil. The entrance, oriented towards the public parking area, is marked by a lava-stone wall and a gate in steel and wood. From here, the access path runs alongside a cascading water feature on three levels, fed by the main pool adjacent to the building. The path leads to the office block, where a recessed cut defines the entrance to the double-height hall. Inside, the reception area distributes circulation via staircase and lift across the two office levels and connects to the elliptical waiting room, gently suspended above water.
