The shopping center is located on the outskirts of the historic city, within an area of great landscape value. The building is articulated into two distinct volumes, separated by a double-height gallery that serves as the central distribution space and defines the main entrances. The gallery’s roof is built with a steel structure that visually connects the two bodies: one housing the supermarket and the other the gallery with thirty-two shops.

The double-height space enhances the interior, expanding the perception and creating visual perspectives that guide visitors along their path. Vertical circulation is provided by two staircase-elevator cores placed near the main entrances, while parking facilities are located on two underground levels.

The opaque surfaces of the building feature different finishes according to their functions: the supermarket volume is clad with prefabricated panels in two-tone horizontal bands of stone-chip concrete, while, for the first time, panels with a lava stone finish have also been introduced. The volumes of the shopping center, instead, are distinguished by bright, deliberately artificial colors inspired by the Mediterranean tradition: vivid yellow, orange, and blue, lending the complex a strong visual impact.
