The shape of the lot suggested arranging the building in stepped volumes, using shifted planes and extending it along the north–south axis, allowing it to blend harmoniously with the landscape. The linear structure is composed of three stacked rectangular volumes of different lengths: on the east side, rooms and suites open onto large windows overlooking the sea, with protected loggias separated by Cor-ten steel green walls that ensure privacy. The sequence of loggias culminates in a double-height frame at the entrance, marking the lobby and the multifunctional room on the ground floor.
The west façade opens onto generous outdoor spaces through a portico with deliberately oversized pillars, while the cantilevered volumes at the short ends further define the continuity of the floors and emphasize the slope toward the garden. The rooftop solarium offers panoramic views of the sea and Mount Etna, while the swimming pool, lava stone retaining walls, and carefully designed landscaping complete the ensemble.
